Among those she has supported in her career as a Human Resources professional, Janelle is recognized as a results-driven, dependable, proactive team member and group leader. With Human Resources experience at both the field and corporate environments, Janelle is skilled and effective in multi-level communications, from Front-Line employees to the C-Suite.

At the field level, Janelle provided HR Generalist support to operational employees in the mining industry, from individual miners to operational staff and managers. In the corporate setting for the energy industry, compensation programs were her focus, including administration, design, modeling, and data analysis. Prior to her career in Human Resources, Janelle gained professional experience in the construction and power generation industries.

Janelle resides in Waynesburg, PA with her husband, son, and their pets. She is a proud graduate of Ohio University’s Honors Tutorial College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and of West Virginia University with a Master of Science in Industrial Relations. She remains focused on continuing education, maintaining the PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
