Wendy earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a master's in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from West Virginia University. Wendy offers experience in multiple government contracting environments and the medical field. Her well-rounded human resource generalist background is coupled with extensive experience in the full recruiting life cycle, benefit plan management, wellness programs, HRIS management, employee orientation and on-boarding, employee morale, and employee handbooks. While working part-time with AlignHR, Wendy is also currently the Director of HR at a non-profit hospice organization.
